The product took a little awhile to come in (2-3 weeks) which is common according to all of the other reviews. Super happy with the price and product so far however! My dog who is a fairly picky eater was more than happy to have his “treat” and swallowed it practically whole. A month in, it seems to be doing the job well. No sights of fleas or ticks so far.

I have been a customer for a few years and have enjoyed the experience, product, and delivery to my door. What I would like to see is some sort of love given to long-term customers. To KEEP your customers, you could offer a frequent flyer type program. Points or such that rewards customers who are loyal to your company and then you show the love back.
