There was issue with my order as I didn't receive a tracking number, I did contact the customer service line and my shipping cost was refunded to me which I appreciate. It does take a month to get to my destination but that is customs and no control of the company themselves. I would definately order from them again just a head of time before I needed to the items.

This site has the best prices I've found anywhere! It offers the same brands I can get from my vet for a fraction of the cost! It takes around a week to get my order because I'm in the US, but it's worth it.

Petbucket is the best, much cheaper and no script required, already in my second year of buying my poodles meds from them.
