This was my first time to use PetBucket, but I read all teh reviews and emailed back and forth with representatives who answered all my questions and were very helpful. Knowing that the shipping could take a while I was prepared for 2-3 weeks for delivery and I received my order in 18 days. That length of time for shipping is surpassed by the great savings I got on my Heartgard and Nexgard.
