It was very easy to order Stronghold for my cats. It was shipped quickly, but was, unfortunately, sent registered mail so I needed to be home to sign for it. This presented a problem for me because I needed to leave work to pick it up. You were great about addressing my concern. My understanding is that next time I will have the option to not have it be sent registered mail. The product was fine.

Yes, I received my parcels, but I don`t know about the flea stuff I received from you. I ordered advantage plus and i did not receive what I ordered . you gave me something else. you say its the same but it has a different name. I don`t know if I am going to be happy with the flea product you sent. Advantage plus has stuff in it as well as for fleas it has a solution in it for ticks too. Dorreen

I ordered Revolution from Pet Bucket on May 10, and received notification by e-mail that it was shipped the next day. I was warned that customs clearance could take 10-15 days, I figured that was probably business days, so I`ve waited patiently. Checked the mail today (June 4) and the parcel was there. No wonder it took so long, it looks like it was ordered through Petbucket London, UK, and post marks on the package indicate it was mailed from Singapore!! If I order again from petbucket I will know to allow a month for delivery.

I purchased items from pet bucket and I was very happy with the product. It was the same quality as what I have paid for at my vets office but was much cheaper in cost. So I would recommend pet bucket for all my pets needs. I`m 100 % satisfied customer.

Yes Iam very satisfied with the product. I was a little disappointed how long it took to get it. I placed the order on may 9, 2013 and I didn`t receive it until May 29 which took longer than anticipated. I will definitely order from Pet Bucket again Susan Spampinato

I finally received my order.....did not know it was coming from out of the US....which I was uncomfortable with....I cked the packaging with one I had and looked all right ...gave it to them 3days ago and all is fine will continue to buy this product from you
