Dealing with PetBucket is and always been easy. I have an account with the prescription on file and I have the prescription on auto refill every 3 months. I get notified when they are going to fill the order to allow me to change it if needed and then again when it is filled and shipped. PetBucket couldn`t make it any easier! Thank you!

Auto shop order is very convenient. Email notification prior to shipping allows time for changes. Then email notification after shipped allows planning to look for the package.
