I've been very pleased with Petbucket as a whole. I have products shipped on a schedule so I don't have to worry about forgetting. The customer service is top notch. I have recommended Petbucket to all of my friends, including those that don't have pets. (much to their continued annoyance) They'll thank me in the event they ever become pet owners.
