Since it may take two weeks to receive the products Just make sure you reordered in enough time or just set it up for auto ship which saves all that hassle! Customer service is great. I've only dealt with them when they email to make sure the product was received! I will continue to use this company as long as I have a pet!!! 🐾🐾🐾
