I have some leftover nexgard spectra for dogs from 3.6 to 7.5 kg. If I want it to give it to someone that has a larger dog, can they give him the equivalent number of pills to Match his weight?

Nexgard Spectra monthly chew can: kill fleas, kill ticks (including Rocky Mountain wood tick, brown dog tick), heartworm, and control roundworms, hookworms and whipworms.
It does not advise to treat mange.
