Stronghold Small Dog Violet 3 ist ein wirksames Arzneimittel für Hunde mit einem Gewicht zwischen 2.3 und 4.5 Kg (5-11 lbs.).     If you haven't used heart worm treatments for a long period of time some vets recommend a test to make sure there is no infection.

    Just read about Stronghold and what it says in your listing of parasites it covers. It says it Controls American Dog Tick, does this mean it kills them ??? Is it effective on other types of ticks (deer ticks, etc.) ??? Also, wondering why in the question section, someone asked if it killed ticks, and you answered NO ??? Another question asked how long does a treatment last, your answer was 30 days. In product description it says, for no less that 30 days???? I just want to find out for sure, so I can decide whether to try it or not. THANKS

    This product kills only American Dog Tick. It is not effective against any other type of ticks. So we can't sell / advertise it as tick protection. It doesn't loose its effectiveness within a few weeks like some other treatments so it protects your pet for whole month.
